Newstead & Co. began in 2019 when our family packed up, moved to Waynesville, and decided to start building something meaningful together. Somewhere along the way, farm‑steading entered the picture. It’s part passion, part therapy, and part “what were we thinking?” The land has a way of slowing you down and teaching lessons you can’t rush. Patience, grit, humility, and a healthy sense of humor show up daily, and those lessons shape how we approach our work and our relationships.

Our faith in God sits at the very center of everything we do. We believe our lives and our work are gifts to steward, not things to control, and that calling shapes our values deeply. Family matters here. People matter here. We care about doing things the right way, even when it takes longer, and building relationships that last longer than any transaction.
